Senior Independent Software Developer ($90-$170/hr)

A.Team is seeking a Senior Independent Software Developer to work on high-impact projects remotely as a contractor. In this role, developers will have the opportunity to choose projects that align with their interests, collaborating in small teams of 3-4 members. The work involves building ambitious software from the ground up, with responsibilities including scoping, strategizing, and executing projects while guiding clients. Ideal candidates are experienced developers who have transitioned from larger companies and prefer the flexibility of contract work over traditional full-time positions. This role is suited for independent workers, including those exploring client work or developing side projects. A.Team emphasizes collaboration with top-tier peers and offers complete autonomy in project selection. The company values a strong portfolio over formal qualifications, and applicants are encouraged to mention WWR in their application. This position is not intended for early-career professionals or those seeking smaller, less complex projects.
