Account & Data Deletion

You can request full deletion of your Victra account and all data we hold about you (resumes, generated job applications, browsing history, AI logs, OAuth tokens, etc.) at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@victra.careers from the email address you used to sign up.
2. Subject line: "Delete my account".
3. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and complete the deletion within 7 days. You will receive a final confirmation email when your account and all linked data have been removed.

What we delete

• Your user profile (name, email, avatar, language, plan)
• All assistants, candidate drafts, and uploaded resumes
• Generated resumes (PDF + content)
• Job match history, application logs, notifications
• OAuth tokens for any linked third-party platforms (the Armenian job boards and LinkedIn)
• Connection tokens for Google / Facebook / Apple sign-in
• AI request logs and any cached AI analyses we keep against your account

What we keep (anonymised)

We retain anonymous, aggregate analytics events that cannot be traced back to you (e.g. "1 user generated a resume on 2026-04-30") for product analytics. No personal identifiers are kept.
