For employers

Hire on Victra Careers

Claim your company page, publish openings to the public catalogue, and read applications in one inbox — with candidate contact details only after they agree.

What you get

For an HR specialist

  • An AI assistant for each vacancy: paste the vacancy text and it reads the requirements.
  • Candidates found for you on a schedule among people on Victra who agreed to be shown to employers.
  • A match percentage for every candidate, with the strengths and gaps behind it.
  • Contact by consent: ask to open a candidate’s name, email, phone and CV — once they agree, your company does not ask again.
  • A board for each vacancy with your own stages — New, Shortlist, Interview, Second interview, Hired, Rejected — and a blacklist.
  • A note on every candidate, which the AI turns into a correct message in your name; write to a candidate directly when their profile is open, or send a request to open it.
  • When the position closes, everyone not chosen receives a respectful letter — with your personal feedback, if you wrote it.
  • A ready search code (Boolean / X-ray): paste it into Google and see matching LinkedIn and GitHub profiles at once.

For a company

  • A company page with your vacancies, followers and reviews — you can answer reviews publicly.
  • Free publishing: vacancies go into the public catalogue and into candidates’ matches, and your followers are notified.
  • One inbox for applications, with the CV attached.
  • Your team in one workspace: invite HR colleagues.
  • How quickly you answer is shown to candidates — counted from the inbox, not from a survey.

How it works

  1. 1

    Register your company

Sign in and submit a company request. Publishing waits until the request is approved.

  2. 2

    Publish open roles

Approved companies publish vacancies into the public catalogue and into candidates’ matches.

  3. 3

    Review applications in one inbox

Applications arrive in one place. Candidate name, email and phone stay hidden until the candidate agrees to share them.

  4. 4

    Screen candidates with AI (optional)

An approved HR role can score a vacancy against candidates who agreed to be shown, and read the shortlist with reasons. It is optional and uses your plan’s AI allowance.

  5. 5

Reach out — only if the candidate agrees

Name, email and phone stay hidden until the candidate accepts your contact request. How often you answer, and how quickly, is shown on your company page.

After approval

Invite teammates to the company workspace. Separately, an approved HR role can use AI tools to screen candidates against a vacancy — that is optional and not automatic with company registration.

Candidate privacy

Applications are anonymised by default. You see contact details only after the candidate accepts a contact request through Victra Careers.

What candidates see about you

Your company page shows how many applications you answered and how quickly — counted from what happens in the inbox, not from a survey. Candidates can also leave a review, and you can reply to it publicly.
