Director of Engineering

Direct and oversee the functionality and safety of the hotel which are mechanical, electrical, plumbing & heating, life and safety system, maintenance of building and kitchen equipment. Oversee and develop engineering Department operating budget according to the company guidelines. Manage the maintenance & renovation project. Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel Industry as a Director level. Experienced in a hotel renovation / PPM is preferable. Strong technical competencies & managerial skills.
