Teamleiter IT Finance & Risk (m/w/d)

This position involves leading the IT Finance and Risk team within the IT Delivery department. The role requires managing both the professional and personal development of direct reports while overseeing the operation, maintenance, and evolution of business applications. You will coordinate internal and external resources, including relevant service providers, to ensure stable and secure service delivery. Key responsibilities include prioritizing requirements in collaboration with business units and stakeholders, as well as ensuring adherence to quality, security, compliance, and architecture standards. The role also entails managing planning, budgets, risks, and capacities for the team. Candidates need several years of experience in IT, specifically in leading employees and project teams. Extensive knowledge of strictly regulated environments is required, along with expertise in SAP or risk-relevant business processes. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential, as is a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. The job is based in the Munich area and offers a hybrid working model with fifty percent mobile work per month.
