Associate Counsel, Employment

AlphaSense is seeking an Associate Counsel for Employment to work remotely in the United States, preferably from the East Coast. This role involves providing legal guidance on various employment and labor issues, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and policy development. The Associate Counsel will collaborate with multiple departments such as People, Sales, and Finance to support the company's growth objectives. Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be in good standing with a state bar. A minimum of three years of experience in employment law, either in-house or at a recognized law firm, is required.
