Tribe Tech Lead, Data Enabling and Management Tribe

Ameriabank CJSC is seeking a Tribe Tech Lead for their Data Enabling and Management Tribe in Yerevan. The role involves overseeing the development and management of enterprise-scale data platforms, with a focus on data architecture and engineering. Candidates should have over eight years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a technical leadership position. Familiarity with data warehouse and data lake architectures, as well as on-prem and hybrid data platforms, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of cloud data services, Kubernetes, and data processing concepts, both streaming and batch. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to make complex technical decisions and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, are crucial. Experience with regulatory compliance and data security is also important. While not mandatory, familiarity with AI/ML platforms and event-driven architectures would be advantageous. The position reports to the Chief Infrastructure and Data Officer and collaborates closely with various teams within the organization.
