Business Recruiter

Apollo is seeking a Business Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level positions within their General and Administrative, Sales, and Marketing teams. This remote, full-time role involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies to create diverse candidate pipelines while ensuring consistent delivery across various verticals. The recruiter will conduct structured interviews, design interview plans, and lead debriefs to facilitate clear hiring decisions. Daily tasks include managing over 20 phone screens weekly and making more than 360 outbound contacts quarterly. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, operate with minimal oversight, and maintain accurate pipeline data using Greenhouse. They will also track funnel metrics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders. Collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, including Finance and HR, is essential for navigating offer approvals and headcount processes. This position is suited for someone who can bring their own operational strategies and enhance team performance.
