Cleaning Operative

We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our corporate facilities. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will ensure that all designated areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, creating a professional space where employees, visitors, and customers feel comfortable and valued. Carry out cleaning and sanitization tasks across all designated areas in accordance with established cleaning schedules and procedures Replenish consumables such as soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and other supplies in a timely and efficient manner Maintain and store cleaning equipment correctly, ensuring all tools are in good working order and ready for use Identify, report, and escalate any maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to management promptly Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, COSHH requirements, and company procedures Work independently and manage your workload effectively to meet quality standards and deadlines Communicate proactively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations and address any concerns Demonstrate a customer-focused approach by ensuring all spaces reflect our commitment to excellence Undertake additional duties as required to support the wider facilities team and organizational goals Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential; we are committed to providing comprehensive onboarding and training Strong attention to detail with a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Ability to work independently while managing your workload effectively and efficiently Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work with a flexible attitude toward changing priorities Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Sound understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace and COSHH requirements Physical fitness and capability to perform manual cleaning tasks consistently Willingness to undertake training and develop your skill set in cleaning methodologies and equipment operation Problem-solving ability to identify and report maintenance issues and potential hazards Organized approach to following procedures, meeting deadlines, and adapting to different cleaning environments Customer service orientation with a focus on creating welcoming and hygienic spaces Adaptability and resilience in managing varied cleaning tasks and environments About Aramark Aramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
