30 Hours Per Week | 5 Days Over 7 | Shifts Between 6:30am and 9:00pm | £12.71 Per Hour We are currently recruiting for a Steward to join our team at Dale Barracks, Chester, CH2 4BD . This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to become part of a busy hospitality operation, providing excellent food and beverage service while helping to maintain a welcoming environment for customers and guests. What's in it for you? £12.71 per hour 30 hours per week Working 5 days over 7 Shifts between 6:30am and 9:00pm Discounted meals whilst on duty Free on-site parking Access to our Employee Benefits app, including online GP access, Employee Assistance Programme, discounts, supermarket savings and more Company pension scheme Life assurance Generous holiday entitlement with the option to buy additional leave Excellent training and development opportunities Apprenticeship schemes available Career progression within a global organisation Supportive and inclusive team environment What you'll be doing Serving food and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner Operating tills and handling customer transactions Undertaking occasional bar work as required Carrying out general housekeeping duties Replenishing stock and carrying out stock rotation using the FIFO method Reporting any customer feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock shortages, breakages, faults, or hazards to management Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the hospitality service Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures at all times Adapting to changing business needs and undertaking additional duties where required Similar work experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided Good verbal communication and customer service skills Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Flexible approach to work, including weekends, holidays, and varying shift patterns Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent service Good attention to detail and organisational skills Applicants must have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK. Successful candidates must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
