Ingenieur Serienüberführung & Produktion (m/w/d) - Rotenburg

This position involves guiding the A1-Falke interception drone from prototype stage into full-scale serial production. The role requires developing assembly and testing procedures while optimizing manufacturing to balance quality, cost, and throughput. You will systematically analyze and resolve production issues to ensure permanent fixes. Creating technical documentation, including work instructions and process descriptions, is a core part of the daily routine. Close collaboration with development, production, and quality assurance teams is essential for success. Candidates need a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace, electrical engineering, or a comparable field. At least three years of professional experience in industrialization, series transition, or production is mandatory.
