The role involves managing the virtual and hybrid aspects of attendee experiences, which includes setting up the event platform, handling registration, live streaming, and troubleshooting technical issues during events. Candidates should have experience in managing large virtual audiences and the ability to remain composed under pressure when technology challenges arise. Familiarity with event management platforms, particularly Stova, is preferred. The position requires candidates to be located within commuting distance of Washington, DC, as relocation and travel expenses will not be covered.
