Sr. TQ Engr.

1．Be responsible for handling customer complaint and following up CA and PA ; 2. Be responsible for internal complaints, coordinate cross function to do improvement. 3．Response to Quality performance in Complaint Rate/COPQ; 4．Develop Training plan and Qualify QC in the factory; 5． In charge of the product quality assurance and improvement in manufacturing process; 6． Edit and maintain procedure documents; 7. Lead Quality improvement project to meet customer expectations. 8. Take charge of Test Management and corporate with Global team & Lab to drive effectiveness test results. 7． Other work assigned by the supervisor. 1． Bachelor degree or above of engineering or science degree; 2． 5~8 years of working experience in quality works, printing field experience is preferred; 3．Good command of speaking and writing skills in English; 4． Good sense of customer service and team spirit; 5． Strong ability to analyze and solve problems; 6． Be familiar with the quality tools (SPC, MSA, 8D) and quality analysis methods.
