Clinical Implementation Manager

CentralReach is looking for a Clinical Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation of their SaaS solutions for autism and IDD care. In this role, the manager will handle project planning, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and support during the go-live phase. Strong project management skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential, as the manager will lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality and regulatory standards. The position requires experience in managing moderately complex implementation projects and the ability to mentor junior team members. While the company prefers candidates who can work in a hybrid model from their offices in New Jersey or Florida, they are open to remote applicants from other U.S. states.
