IT Operations Manager

The manager will also be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, which include managing access across platforms like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AWS, in collaboration with HR. Additionally, the position requires maintaining an up-to-date IT Operations Runbook that details systems, procedures, and escalation contacts. The ideal candidate should have experience with IT service management and familiarity with security certifications such as SOC 2. This remote position is suited for individuals who can balance central IT standards with the unique needs of different business units. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
