Staff Accountant (AP & Banking)

Crystalia Glass LLC, a prominent provider of premium glass products, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Accounting team. The role involves maintaining accurate records for bank transactions, credit card activities, and vendor accounts, as well as allocating costs across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of QuickBooks Online, with at least one year of hands-on experience, and a minimum of three years in accounting or bookkeeping, including experience with a U.S.-based company. A professional education in accounting is required, along with English proficiency at a B1-B2 level or higher. This position is fully remote, allowing for independent work in a flexible environment. The role is suited for detail-oriented individuals who can effectively identify and address discrepancies in financial data. Candidates with experience in ERP or CRM systems will have an advantage.
