Head of Commercial and Insights

As Head of Commercial and Insights, you own the commercial engine behind Crytek's portfolio, reporting to the Chief Publishing Officer. You are accountable for how our games are priced, sold, forecasted and understood, across every storefront and every region. You lead two connected disciplines. On the commercial side, you own storefront and platform strategy, pricing, promotions and revenue performance. On the insights side, you build the analytics capability that tells us what is actually happening, and what to do about it. Together they give publishing leadership a single, trustworthy view of the business. This is a role for someone equally comfortable negotiating platform deals and challenging forecast models, and who wants to build an insights function from the ground up.
