Operations Manager

Dart Container is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee production operations in a large manufacturing facility located in Leola, PA. The role involves directing and optimizing operations to meet key performance indicators related to safety, quality, and efficiency. Candidates will be responsible for developing improved processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and monitoring trends to adjust plans accordingly. The position requires a strong background in operational excellence, with familiarity in tools such as 5 Whys and Kaizen. Applicants should have a high school diploma with at least eight years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of five years of leadership experience. Experience managing a large team of over 250 employees is essential, along with strong decision-making skills and proficiency in data analysis. Knowledge of SAP is preferred, and candidates should possess excellent communication skills.
