Agile Coach (m/f/d)

Purpose Agile coach is a change agent who combine technical knowledge with an intrinsic motivation to improve the company’s software and systems development processes on the enterprise level. They play a critical role in successfully implementing any agile transformation and execution. The agile coach’s ultimate goal is to provide agile teams with the right knowledge, tools and training so that they’ll be able to use agile to its full potential. As an Agile Coach for the Open Sovereign Cloud initiative, T-Systems’ cloud offering for clients with the highest sovereignty and compliance requirements, you will play a key role in shaping and enabling agile organizational structures. The platform empowers customers in regulated industries such as healthcare and the public sector to retain full control over their data through an open-source platform hosted in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and leading agile structures, frameworks, and collaboration models aligned with the strategic goals defined by Product Management. You will act as a central interface between business management, clients, and internal organizational units, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective cross-functional collaboration. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Driving the setup and continuous improvement of agile structures and processes Coaching teams and stakeholders in agile methodologies and ways of working Facilitating collaboration between Product Management, engineering teams, and business stakeholders Supporting organizational transformation and scaling agile practices across the initiative Acting as a trusted partner for senior management, clients, and internal departments Ensuring delivery alignment with customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives Promoting a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement The ideal candidate combines strong agile coaching expertise with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and thrives in complex, highly regulated environments. YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU: Have Master's degree in Information technologies Have experience with Project Management – 5 years Have certification - SAFe SPC Have general IT Overview – Intermediate Have deep and extensive knowledge of implementing Agile and Scrum principles Have deep and extensive knowledge of scaling agile to multiple teams Are experienced in Agile tracking tools like Kanban Boards, Jira and similar Speak English – Upper intermediate (B2), German (Advantage) – Upper intermediate (B2) Soft skills Communication Interpersonal skills Stakeholder management Problem-solving Managing occuring change Team collaboration Negotiation skills Patience Other Skills Scrum and Kanban Agile methodology Agile software development WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE US? We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2300 € /brutto.
