International Finance & Corporate Structuring Specialist

Digitain is seeking an International Finance & Corporate Structuring Specialist to join their team in Yerevan. The role involves managing cross-border entity structures and collaborating with foreign consultants, requiring a strong grasp of international finance, tax regulations, and corporate structuring. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline, with a preference for those holding ACCA or similar qualifications. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is essential, along with a solid understanding of international tax principles and IFRS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, as are excellent analytical, research, and financial planning skills. Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian is required to effectively communicate in this role. The position demands strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities, as well as a keen attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
