Recruiter

DiLucci CPA is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join their remote team, specifically looking for candidates based in Florida, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah. In this role, the Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process for various positions within the firm, including tax preparers, tax managers, and administrative roles. Daily tasks involve proactively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting well-vetted shortlists to leadership. The Recruiter will also be responsible for writing job postings and refining the recruiting process as the firm grows. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and is eager to contribute to a fast-paced, small firm environment. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and the ability to make informed hiring recommendations.
