WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE - Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product - Manage relationships and collaboration within complex enterprise dynamics - Detailed and intense Project management during deployment phase - Break down and prioritise product requirements and requests early in the implementation proces - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience - Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers - Structured and seasoned project- and stakeholder management - Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human terms - Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations - Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa A final note before you apply: please read through our website in detail.
