Software Architecture & Development (m/w/d)

The role involves building artificial intelligence applications to assist the company’s consultants and integrating these tools with internal expertise and client data. Daily tasks include verifying the accuracy of generated outputs, analyzing customer information to predict potential churn, and embedding new solutions into existing systems while maintaining thorough documentation. Candidates should possess professional experience in developing AI applications and familiarity with specific platforms such as Claude, Supabase, Make, n8n, Airtable, or Retool. A background in database management is also required, along with a meticulous and organized approach to work. Applicants must demonstrate very strong German language skills and good English proficiency. The position is based in Munich and requires living in the city or its immediate surroundings. The working arrangement is hybrid, with two mandatory office days per week in Munich and the remaining time spent working from home.
