Contract Manager (Infrastructure Design)

Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners; Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures; Ensure effective project governance through contract compliance monitoring, reporting, and risk management activities; Support claims management activities, including claim preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution; Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure organizational interests are protected; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address contractual issues; Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and resolving any discrepancies; Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records; Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices; Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contract-related risks; Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and claims; Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Coordinators in managing projects; Support Project Managers and Department Managers in drafting contractual correspondence; Play an active role in the project reviews, including financial part, by supporting the PMs with the risk assessment and quantification; Actively participate in the tender phase, by giving input at offers preparation; Liaise with the central CM Team. Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position; Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial practices, and risk management; Extensive experience in working with FIDIC Conditions of Contract and/or similar, HG1, etc Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills; Excellent organizational and time management abilities; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
