Accounting Manager real estate

FETRA INTEGRITY Egypt is seeking an Accounting Manager with experience in real estate development to manage the complete accounting cycle for various projects. This full-time position is based in New Cairo and involves tasks such as preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing journal entries, and maintaining fixed asset registers. The role also includes coordinating monthly and year-end closing activities, monitoring project budgets, and providing financial insights to senior leadership and project management. Candidates should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with the ability to prepare and analyze financial reports specifically for real estate projects. Experience with journal entries and the month-end and year-end closing processes is essential, along with a solid understanding of fixed asset management. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, external auditors, and banks, as well as the implementation of accounting controls. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to financial management.
