Motion Graphics Designer

FinTop Consulting is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join their Creative and Brand Marketing team, with the position available in either Armenia or Malaysia. The role involves creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital channels and campaigns. Daily tasks include bringing creative concepts to life through motion, editing, and sound, as well as optimizing video content for different platforms. The designer will also be responsible for storyboarding and managing projects from concept to final delivery, while collaborating with other creative teams and supporting the wider design team with static digital assets when needed. Candidates should have over five years of experience in motion design, video editing, or multimedia design, along with strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and a solid understanding of sound design and color grading are also required. A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and visual storytelling is essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious about new technologies, and possesses a strong grasp of pacing and composition in visual storytelling.
