Franprix is seeking an Operational Management Controller to join its store management control team in Boulogne-Billancourt. In this role, you will collaborate closely with operational departments and support functions, gaining a comprehensive view of the financial performance of the brand. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting regional directors in managing their stores, preparing activity reports, and generating weekly and monthly reports for the Group. You will also handle the functional administration of the analytical framework and monitor the evolution of reporting tools, contributing ideas to enhance and structure management and analysis tools. Candidates should hold a BAC + 5 degree in management control, audit, or finance, preferably from a business or engineering school. A minimum of five years of experience in corporate finance or management control, ideally within the retail sector, is required. Familiarity with office tools, database management, and reporting is essential. The position is suited for individuals who are results-oriented, capable of managing tight deadlines, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
