Senior Information Security Risk Manager (GRC)

Freedom Broker Armenia is seeking a Senior Information Security Risk Manager with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). The role involves developing and implementing information security policies and procedures, as well as managing internal and external audits, where the candidate should have led or participated in at least five audits. A strong understanding of various frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST standards, is essential. Candidates should have over six years of experience in GRC or information security risk management, with at least two years in a senior or managerial capacity. Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is required, along with the ability to prepare reports for senior management. Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SOX, KVKK, and GDPR is also necessary. Professional certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or CISM are preferred. Knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages is advantageous. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in the financial services or fintech sectors and those familiar with GRC platforms and automation tools.
