Thus, we are also happy to talk with you if you Have experience in managing research projects in an agency or in-house setting Currently, work as a researcher but are interested in shifting to the operational aspect of the job Responsibilities: Formalize our research participant recruitment process Work closely with researchers to build participant recruitment profiles Recruit internal and external research participants for our research projects Handle all scheduling and logistical needs in research projects including but not limited to NDA, incentives, research tools, venues etc Manage and oversee administration aspect of external research vendors engagement as needed Manage the billing and procurement of our research toolings Organize and maintain research repository for research documentation Help distribute access to related research materials (e.g. session recordings, reports) to relevant stakeholders What you will get: Multicultural environment Personal growth Huge impact to the society Full WFH during the pandemic
