We seeking for the HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management. This position requires the ability to carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: leave administration, benefits administration, performance management, compensation planning & administration, onboarding, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. Responsibilities: Make sure all our HR folders, databases and documents are updated to the highest standards. Run the recruitment process from the job posting stage to the final offer including managing job posts, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, run the offer process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. Support with all HR projects at an admin level and provide ideas for more efficient implementation. Draft contracts and letters for employees, including but not limited to maternity, absence, payroll, promotions, and ensuring signed copies are kept on file. To assist with onboarding & offboarding processes including all relevant meetings and documentation. Prepare, as required, reports on employee related data to boost visibility and assist on decision making. Qualities: Provide support to employees and leaders on day-to-day HR matters. Manage the new employee onboarding experience. Provide reporting and maintaining accuracy of data. Administer additional HR programs as needed. Administer support for immigration as needed. Ideally, you have 2+ years of HR experience and: Ability to maintain confidentiality and inspire trust with employees at all levels. Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues independently.
