Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst

H1 is seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance its global Commercial organization. This remote position involves supporting revenue planning, reporting, and analysis related to territories, quotas, and key performance indicators across various functions and regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a knack for operational problem-solving, particularly in a high-growth SaaS environment. Daily responsibilities include developing standard operating processes and addressing complex business challenges through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Finance.
