Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Hertz is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to enhance people strategies and lead impactful HR initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with the Corporate Finance organization, which includes areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Treasury. The Sr. HRBP will manage employee relations, provide HR consulting, and identify trends to address underlying issues. A strong emphasis is placed on fostering a culture of compliance and performance management, working alongside Legal and Compliance teams as necessary. The position requires the ability to support talent management processes, including succession planning and performance reviews, while also offering coaching and guidance to employees and leaders. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in Human Resources, with a generalist or cross-functional background. This is an onsite role, specifically located in Oklahoma City, Atlanta, or Estero. The position is ideal for individuals who are adept at problem-solving and possess a solid understanding of HR practices and company policies.
