WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We’re looking for a Motion Designer who: - Has exceptional taste in motion, composition, and visual storytelling. - Can turn ideas, scripts, and concepts into polished, high-impact motion content. - Moves fast, iterates quickly, and thrives in a high-output creative environment. - Takes ownership of projects end-to-end and constantly raises the creative bar. - Understands pacing, transitions, rhythm, and attention-grabbing visuals for digital platforms. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON - Create motion graphics and visual assets for product marketing, social media, and brand campaigns. - Design high-quality animations, transitions, and visual effects for short-form and long-form content. - Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, video editors, founders, and growth teams. - Transform product features and concepts into visually engaging motion pieces. - Experiment with GenAI workflows to create innovative visual content faster and at higher quality. - Optimize creative assets for engagement across YouTube, Instagram, X and other social platforms. YOUR MUST HAVES - Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools. - Advanced skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar motion design software. - Strong understanding of typography, composition, animation principles, and visual storytelling. - Proven ability to deliver creative content end-to-end. - Sharp sense of visual and marketing culture — able to pitch ideas that hook. - Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
