Senior Project Manager / CX Program Manager

hmmh Middle East is seeking a Senior Project Manager or CX Program Manager to oversee customer experience and digital transformation initiatives across the GCC, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading complex programs from the initial discovery phase through to implementation and go-live, managing project scope, budgets, and resources across various work streams. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships with both business and IT stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include coordinating teams, maintaining governance and reporting processes, and managing change requests to ensure project quality and profitability. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in project delivery, particularly with enterprise technology implementations, and a solid understanding of customer experience journeys. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, along with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. This position is remote but involves travel across the GCC, making it suitable for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and can manage multiple teams effectively.
