Social Media Manager (M/W/D)

This position involves managing the company’s entire social media presence, with a primary focus on Instagram and secondary attention to other platforms. Daily responsibilities include developing strategic plans, defining target audiences, and creating editorial calendars. You will oversee all content production, ranging from stories and reels to posts and collaborations. The role requires close cooperation with internal content and partnership teams to execute creator and athlete partnerships. You are expected to design recurring formats and series that drive reach, follower growth, and engagement. Additionally, you must translate the brand’s tone into visual and written content while maintaining a consistent aesthetic and voice. Performance analysis is a key task, as you will use data to refine strategies and improve results. The job requires a strong sense of aesthetics, image language, copywriting, and current trends. Familiarity with the mechanics of Instagram and LinkedIn, including algorithmic factors and format variations, is essential. Candidates should have at least three to five years of experience in social media management or content creation. The advertisement does not specify any language requirements, nor does it detail the working arrangement regarding office, hybrid, or remote setups. This role suits a creative and strategic talent who views social media as a cultural element rather than just a channel. It is ideal for someone who understands how to tell compelling stories to direct attention to specific projects and who can effectively manage community building alongside data-driven optimization.
