Communications & Marketing Junior

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Communications and Marketing Junior to join our dynamic team remotely from Buenos Aires, Argentina. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of communications and marketing while contributing to our organization's growth and success. Design and execute strategic partnerships with Media and Associations Create engaging content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for promotional materials Support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns Help maintain and update the company website using content management systems Conduct market research and analyze data to support marketing initiatives Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving communication strategies Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism or a related field, the ideal candidate must: Have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus Be tech savvy and enthusiastic with AI enabled work Have proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with content management systems Proficiency in Google Suite Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and marketing trends Previous internships or relevant projects in communications or marketing is a plus Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Interest in International Relations, politics and the Energy sector is a must Remote work: We are a remote company which means everyone works from their home or their own office.
