Indoor Sales Support

We are currently looking for an indoor sales support person to handle the below tasks: Receiving customers' orders and preparing the invoices Data entry for new products (pricing, costing, description etc.) Answering phone calls/Whatsapp, checking stock availability Following up on orders status between various channels (supplier/warehouse/delivery...) Checking account status (unpaid dues, statement of accounts etc.) Good Communication Skills with Retail and Corporate Clients Well-Organized Good Teamworker Good English (spoken & written), French is a plus Previous experience in stationery business is a plus Salary Starting 650$
