Sr. Compliance Analyst

Lemonade is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to enhance compliance processes for its property and casualty insurance offerings. In this remote full-time position, the analyst will work closely with the Compliance team and collaborate with Insurance Operations and Product teams to monitor and establish compliance procedures across various insurance lines, including Car, Home, Renters, and Pet. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance. Candidates should have over four years of experience in personal lines insurance compliance or risk management.
