POSITION SUMMARY Lindblad Expeditions is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as Chief of Staff. This is a highly visible enterprise leadership role partnering directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to translate strategy into execution, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and improve organizational effectiveness. Acting as an extension of the CEO, the Chief of Staff will help set and advance strategic priorities, strengthen the company's executive operating cadence, lead Board preparation, and take ownership of CEO-sponsored initiatives that span functions or do not have a natural organizational owner. Success requires a distinctive combination of strategic thinking, business judgment, operational rigor, executive presence, and emotional intelligence. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable analyzing an ambiguous business problem, developing a recommendation, facilitating senior-level discussions, and rolling up their sleeves to drive execution.
