Full-Time Clinical Nurse

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in St. Louis, MO. The role involves assessing and diagnosing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing nursing interventions while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Nurses will focus on promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on post-treatment requirements, and participating in safety and quality initiatives. Candidates must hold a registered nurse (RN) license and possess a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. While prior experience is not mandatory, having at least two years in a similar role is advantageous. The position requires strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to adapt in complex surgical and critical care environments.
