Privacy Analyst

We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days/week. We're looking for a Privacy Analyst based in New York to join our global Privacy Team. This role is focused on privacy-by-design: partnering closely with product, engineering, trust & safety, and Legal stakeholders to help embed privacy into the development of some of the world's most recognized consumer dating apps, with a particular focus on Hinge. You'll play an ownership role in triaging, tracking, conducting, and documenting complex privacy reviews, including privacy-by-design reviews (PbDs), data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), and legitimate interest assessments (LIAs) — all helping to ensure that innovative features and initiatives are developed responsibly and in compliance with global privacy laws. Drawing on your privacy knowledge, you'll help translate complex regulatory requirements– including GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and emerging global requirements related to privacy, cybersecurity, and AI–into clear, practical guidance for cross-functional teams. You’ll also have the autonomy to develop and improve playbooks and processes to maximize efficiency without sacrificing quality.
