The Role Based out of our Gurugram office in India, the People Partner will report to the Head of People & Culture. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our growing India team following a recent acquisition. Working closely with local leaders and employees, you'll help ensure a positive employee experience while partnering with the global People & Culture team to integrate people practices, simplify processes and align local operations with Megaport's global frameworks where appropriate. You'll collaborate with leaders across APAC, NAM, and EMEA regions to support Megaport's growth. You'll lead, coach, and engage stakeholders, and support the execution of both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operations.
