Haustechniker Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d)

MY Humancapital GmbH is seeking a Haustechniker in building technology for a full-time position in Munich. The role involves overseeing technical systems and buildings to ensure smooth operations, conducting inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs, as well as troubleshooting issues independently. The technician will also monitor the functionality of building technology systems and implement corrective actions when necessary, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Candidates should have a completed vocational training as a plumbing and heating mechanic, energy and building electronics technician, or electrical installer, along with relevant professional experience in similar roles. Knowledge of technical building equipment and ideally experience with building management systems is required. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools are advantageous. The position is suited for individuals who are service-oriented, responsible, and reliable, and a valid Class B driver's license is necessary. The work is based in a centrally located office building with regular hours from Monday to Friday, providing a structured work-life balance.
