MY Humancapital GmbH is seeking a Mitarbeiter in der IT-Sicherheit (m/w/d) specializing in macro security for their partner company in Munich. In this role, you will focus on securing Microsoft Office environments and assessing existing macro solutions. Your daily tasks will include analyzing Office macros and VBA applications for potential security risks, as well as developing and optimizing security concepts for Excel, Access, and VBA, implementing these through Group Policy Objects (GPOs). You will also work on establishing and enhancing macro security policies, utilizing signed macros, and blocking insecure content, while closely collaborating with relevant IT teams and departments on technical implementations. Candidates should have a background in IT, such as training or a degree as an IT specialist, IT security expert, or system administrator, along with solid knowledge of macro security policies and GPOs. Practical experience in VBA or macro development is preferred. Proficiency in German is required, and the position is suited for individuals who are structured, analytical, and responsible, with a strong sense of security awareness and the ability to work well in a team.
