3PL Operations Manager

Nebius is seeking a 3PL Operations Manager to oversee its network of external warehouses and manage the performance of third-party logistics partners. The role involves ensuring that high-value data center hardware is handled according to Nebius's standards, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes. Daily responsibilities include coordinating operations between 3PLs and internal teams, managing service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting audits. The manager will also be responsible for contract management, including renewals and renegotiations, and will lead monthly operational reviews and quarterly business reviews with 3PL partners.
