Outbound Tour Manager

Nexus Travel is seeking an Outbound Tour Manager to join their team in Yerevan, Armenia. This full-time, on-site position involves managing outbound tours, coordinating travel arrangements, and liaising with international suppliers to ensure high-quality service. Daily tasks include creating detailed itineraries, addressing client inquiries, confirming bookings, and resolving any travel-related issues. Candidates should have proven experience in travel coordination and itinerary planning, along with skills in sales management and client relationship management. Strong organizational abilities, exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential, as is proficiency with travel booking systems. A bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, management, or a related field is preferred, and experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. The role is ideal for individuals who can adapt to changing schedules and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
