Provide real‑time coaching and ensure target delivery. Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions. 📅 Operational Planning Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans. Identify high‑traffic areas across Miami (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas). Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team. 📊 Performance Management Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel. Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast. 📦 Inventory Oversight Manage flyers, uniforms & campaign stock. Ensure accurate usage reporting and timely restocking. Requirements 2+ years in sales, operations, retail leadership, field management, logistics, or hospitality supervision Must have lived in Miami 4+ years & understand local crowds/traffic Own vehicle required Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Laptop + phone required English required Energetic, organized, adaptable leader.
