Sales Account Manager (Night Shift)

Orders.co is seeking a Sales Account Manager for their night shift operations in Yerevan. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant clients, leading sales conversations, conducting demos, and closing new deals. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for upselling. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will be the main point of contact for your accounts and will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably with small to medium-sized business clients, and experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous. The role requires fluency in English at a C1 level or higher. Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to manage multiple accounts effectively.
