Group Financial Controller

Pragmatike is looking for a Group Financial Controller for a European deep-tech company focused on creating an energy-efficient cloud platform for AI and high-performance tasks. This fully remote position requires a finance professional who can manage group accounting, consolidation, reporting, and controls across various legal entities. The role involves overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, and leading the optimization of the NetSuite ERP system, which is a necessary skill. Candidates must have strong experience in leveraging AI within accounting workflows, as the position emphasizes designing an AI-first accounting function rather than maintaining traditional processes. Fluency in English is required for effective communication. This senior role is ideal for someone with a hands-on leadership approach who can partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives and build a scalable accounting infrastructure in a rapidly growing environment.
