Marketing Manager

Profin Consulting is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Yerevan. The role involves managing various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation and understanding the sales funnel. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and be familiar with marketing tools. The ideal applicant will be proactive, able to identify issues, and propose solutions effectively. Fluency in Armenian is not mandatory, but proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Russian is considered a strong advantage. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position. Experience in B2B marketing or professional services, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation, would be beneficial. Informal leadership experience, such as mentoring or project coordination, is also a plus.
